CHANGES (Flights)

I want to make a change in a flight. How can I do it?

Our online reservation system doesn’t yet support modifications, so in order to make a change you must contact us at info@cosmopolia.net indicating the reservation number, the cause (for possible refunds or penalties depending on the airline and the circumstances), and the changes you wish to make. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I change a passenger name?

Our online reservation system doesn’t yet support changes to. For this reason we ask you to pay special attention when writing the names and family name(s) of the passengers, which must coincide with the documentation they present at the airport on the day of the flight. If the details on the ticket don't coincide with the documentation presented, the right to board the flight may be denied.

CANCELATIONS (Flights)

I want to cancel a reservation. How can I do it?

Our online system doesn’t yet support cancelations, so you would have to contact us at info@cosmopolia.net indicating the reservation number and cause of cancelation (for possible refunds or penalties depending on the airline and the circumstances).

I’ve canceled a reservation that was issued. Am I entitled to a refund?

This will depend on the tariff chosen. Most of the tariffs where restrictions apply don't allow refunds, returns or changes, and where in some cases they are allowed, there is an associated penalty fee. In any case, independently of tariff conditions, cancelations for issued reservations have a €15 fee per person.

For a return trip, if I don't use the outward journey can I still use the return flight?

No. If one of the segments is not used, remaining segments in the same ticket will be automatically canceled. It’s an airline prerogative.

RESIDENTS OF CANARIES AND BALEAR ISLANDS

As a Canary/Balear resident, am I entitled to a discount?

Residents of these islands will benefit from a subsidy of 50% on the tariff (airport taxes excluded) for flights between the Spanish mainland and the Canary or Balear Islands. You should indicate this during the purchase process in the “Observations” field of the reservation.

I am Canary/Balear resident and I’ve received a confirmation email without the discount. How’s that possible?

Our online reservation system generates and sends a confirmation email immediately after finalizing the purchase process, so there hasn’t been time to process your resident condition. You will receive a new email with the updated price asap.

I am Canary/Balear resident and I forgot to indicate it in the observations. Can I still have the discount?

As long as the ticket hasn’t been issued you will be able to let us know via email at info@cosmopolia.net. Don’t forget to mention the reservation number and your province of residence.
